6 South Oxfordshire District Local Plan
To receive a verbal update from the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) on the latest known status of the South Oxfordshire District Local Plan.
7 Thame Neighbourhood Plan Revision (TNP2)
To receive a verbal update from the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) on the latest progress towards the adoption of TNP2.
8 Oxfordshire Growth Board / Oxfordshire Plan 2050
To receive a verbal update from the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) on the latest known status of the Oxfordshire Plan 2050 and related initiatives.
9 Affordable Housing / Community Land Trust (CLT)
To receive an update on progress of the Thame Community Land Trust.
10 Other Items to Note
a) The Oxfordshire Neighbourhood Plan Alliance will be hosting a Webinar on the Future of Neighbourhood Planning for NDP groups across Oxfordshire on Saturday 10 October 2020. As this is a virtual event numbers have been limited to ensure as many groups can both attend and participate as possible. Speakers will include Professor Sue Brownill of Oxford Brookes University, Emily Hadley, a local authority policy planner from Buckinghamshire, John Howell MP and the NPCO.
b) To note that since the last NPCC meeting 204 days ago the Town Council has participated in pre-application meetings with developers and promoters on land at Goodson Industrial Mews, and south of Wenman Road.
