a) To note that the Town Council met with Square Bay developments to discuss the site the Wynnstay Agriculture retail unit, off Aylesbury Road, on 25 November 2020.
b) To note that the Town Council met with CEG on 7 December 2020 to discuss the Site C reserve site south of Wenman Road.
c) To note that the Town Council met with Cala Homes on 9 December 2020 to discuss the site they are promoting for development purposes east and west of Moreton Lane.
