Minutes of a Meeting of the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee held on 16 May 2023 at 7:57pm in the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall

1 Apologies for Absence

There were no apologies for absence.

2 Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee for the 2023-2024 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Jones be appointed Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Jones be appointed Chairman of the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee for the 2023-2024 municipal year.

3 Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee for the 2023-2024 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Richards be appointed Deputy Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

1. Cllr Richards be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Committee for the 2023-2024 municipal year.

The meeting concluded at 7:58pm.
