3 Public Participation and Public Questions

6 South Oxfordshire District Local Plan

To receive a verbal update from the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) on the latest known status of the South Oxfordshire District Local Plan.

7  Thame Neighbourhood Plan Revision (TNP2)

To receive a verbal update from the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) on the latest progress towards the adoption of TNP2.

8 Oxfordshire Growth Board / Oxfordshire Plan 2050

To receive a verbal update from the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) on the latest known status of the Oxfordshire Plan 2050 and related initiatives.

9  Affordable Housing / Community Land Trust (CLT)

To receive an update on progress of the Thame Community Land Trust.

10 Infrastructure Delivery Plan (Sports Allocations)

Further to the receipt of the updated S106 information from SODC regarding sums linked to sports provision, to consider a revised S106 Sports Funding Allocation that updates the version previously agreed on 18 December 2018.

11 Other Items to Note

a) To note the Acting Town Clerk and NPCO held a discussion with Bloor Homes on 13 November 2020 to discuss their reserve housing site off Oxford Road

b) To note the Town Council is due to hold a discussion with the Square Group regarding a site off Aylesbury Road in relation with the provision of a care home

c) To note the Town Council will be holding discussions with CALA homes in relation to their land interest south of Thame

d) To note the Acting Town Clerk, the NPCO and Cllr. Champken-Woods met with the Rycote Surgery to discuss the provision of local primary care services.
