To notify of any items that appear in the agenda in which there may be an interest that has not been recorded in the Member’s Register of Interest; and confirmation of any relevant dispensations.
3. Public Participation and Public Questions
To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

To confirm as a correct record the Minutes of the Committee Meeting held on 20 December 2016.
5. RSA Thame Group / Green Living Plan
To receive an update from Charles Boundy of Thame RSA on their work in relation to the Green Living Plan.

To receive a report / update from the chairmen of:

b) The Infrastructure Delivery Plan Working Group

To consider and approve the Market Town Co-Ordinator Action Plan, which has already been reviewed internally and by the Town Centre Working Group. Once approved it will be submitted to SODC for their approval.

8. Affordable Housing
a) To receive an update on the work of the sub-group in relation to the actual allocation of affordable housing within Thame and in particular on the issue of local occupation of affordable housing units.
b) To consider ways in which the £850k of s106 contributions towards affordable housing in Thame could be spent.
9. Employment Land provision in Thame
To receive any updates on employment land provision in Thame.
10. Neighbourhood Plan Monitoring and Delivery Report
To note the Neighbourhood Plan Monitoring and Delivery Report was published on 9 January 2017, reflecting status as at December 2016.
