2 Declarations of Interest and Dispensations
To notify of any items that appear in the agenda in which there may be an interest that has not been recorded in the Member’s Register of Interest; and confirmation of any relevant dispensations.
3 Public Participation and Public Questions
To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

To receive a verbal update from the chairmen of:

6 South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2032
a) To receive a verbal update on the progress of the Local Plan Consultation Team.
b) To receive a verbal report on the Public Meeting held on 4 August 2016.
c) To consider the first draft response to the consultation that is to be finalised by the Local Plan Consultation Team before submission on or before 19 August 2016.
7 Vale of Aylesbury Local Plan
a) To receive a verbal report on the Haddenham Public Meeting held on 28 July 2016.
b) To consider the first draft response to the consultation that is to be finalised by the Local Plan Consultation Team before submission on or before 5 September 2016.
8 Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer
To note that Graeme Markland will commence employment as Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) from 15 August 2016, initially on a 2 day a week part time basis, moving to full time as soon as practically possible.
9 Market Town Co-Ordinator
To note that recruitment advertising is underway as of 1 August 2016 with an application deadline of 12 September 2016.
10 Neighbourhood Plan Update Newsletter
To note that as yet, other priorities have still prevented formal commencement. Latest plan is for the Town Clerk to progress this as part of the NPCO’s functional induction.
11 Affordable Housing
To consider the update on the work of the sub-group in relation to the actual allocation of affordable housing within Thame.

12 SODC Retail and Leisure Needs Assessment
To note that the SODC commissioned 2016 update to the Retail and Leisure Needs assessment has now been published on the SODC web site on the Evidence Studies page within Planning Policy.
