b) Telecommunications 28-Day Notice – P24/S3208/T28 – Thame Fire Station, Nelson Street – The works entail: – Add three antennas, remove six MHA’s and replace with six active routers at height and add a GPS node together with works within the cabin.

To note that the Town Council is not a statutory consultee, but if any Councillor has specific concerns, please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

 

c) Pavement Licence Applications – To note the following pavement licence re-application and that due to consultation period timings, Officers have responded with ‘no objections’ in line with the response submitted in 2023.

  • Treacles Tea Room – PAV/26667/24 – No change.
  • Black Goo Café – PAV/26794/24 – No change, other than the hours to place furniture on the highway being reduced from 8:30am-4:30pm to 9:00am-4:00pm.
  • Rumsey’s Handmade Chocolates Ltd – PAV/26628/24 – No change, other than the hours to place furniture on the highway being reduced from 8:00am-6:00pm to 9:00am-5:00pm.

 

d) Additional Information – P24/S1371/FUL – 3 Cornmarket – Installation of two AC condensers and a cold store unit, to be located on rear elevation facing rear yard; Installation of a vent outlet, to be installed on rear elevation facing yard. (As amended and amplified by information received 10 June 2024 and as amplified by additional information received 14 October 2024).

To note that Officers have reviewed the additional information and consider that it would not change the Town Council’s recommendation to object to the application (as amended).

 

e) Lawful Development Application – P24/S3387/LDP – 1 Beech Road – Certificate of Lawfulness for proposed alterations to the main existing bathroom upstairs to be replaced with two new en-suites with access from the related bedrooms. Existing bathroom window on front elevation to be replaced by two separate windows, with existing opening being blocked up with cavity wall and rendered to match existing.

To note that the application seeks confirmation from the Local Planning Authority that the proposed development is lawful and therefore they are unable to take any comments on the planning merits of the proposal into account. If any Councillor has specific concerns, please be prepared to raise them at the meeting.

 

f) Amended Plans – P24/S1238/RM – Chiltern View, Moreton – Reserved matters following outline planning permission P23/S2337/O for demolition of the existing conservatory and outbuildings and the erection of a detached two- storey dwelling together with access, parking and amenity space (amended footprint and additional drainage information received 22nd October 2024).

To note that Officers have reviewed the amended plans and consider that they would not change the Town Council’s original recommendation to support the application subject to no objection from the County Highways Officer.
