AGENDA
1) Apologies for Absence
To receive, note and agree apologies for absence.
2) Declarations of Interest and Dispensations
To notify of any items that appear in the agenda in which there may be an interest that has not been recorded in the Member’s Register of Interest, and confirmation of any relevant dispensations.
3) Public Participation and Public Questions
To consider applications from members of the public to address the Committee (5 minutes maximum), in respect of any item of business included in the agenda. Applications to speak must have been received by the Town Clerk no later than 5pm on the last working day preceding the meeting.

This consultation is open from Tuesday 30 July 2024 to Tuesday 24 September 2024.
To note that the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) is preparing a briefing note for Councillors.
To agree that the response to the consultation be delegated to the NPCO by collating Councillor input via email.
7) Thame Neighbourhood Plan 2 – Update
To note the comments received during the Regulation 16 Consultation which concluded on 25 July 2024.
To note an examiner has been appointed (Andrew Ashcroft) and to note the examination arrangements.

a) To note the minutes of the Thame Conservation Area Conservation Committee’s meeting on 15 August 2024.
b) Property Numbering Notification – Conversion of office space into 11 flats to be numbered: Flats 8 to 10, 12 to 15 and 17 to 20 St Andrews Court, Wellington Street, Thame, OX9 3WT
c) Property Registration Notification – Registration of an existing flat address known as: The Flat, 40 Upper High Street, Thame, OX9 2DW

e) Pavement Licence Application – Candelo Lounge, 102 High Street – To note that this is a re-submission of the pavement licence application submitted in 2023 to which the Town Council commented on the omission of the A-board and planter boxes from the application.
The consultation for the re-submission application closes on 20 August 2024. If any Councillor wishes to make any new comments to the pavement license application, these should be made via email to Officers before the consultation closing date.
