1) Apologies for Absence

To receive, note and agree apologies for absence.

 

2) Declarations of Interest and Dispensations

To notify of any items that appear in the agenda in which there may be an interest that has not been recorded in the Member’s Register of Interest, and confirmation of any relevant dispensations.

This consultation is open from Tuesday 30 July 2024 to Tuesday 24 September 2024.

To note that the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer (NPCO) is preparing a briefing note for Councillors.

To agree that the response to the consultation be delegated to the NPCO by collating Councillor input via email.

 

7) Thame Neighbourhood Plan 2 – Update

To note the comments received during the Regulation 16 Consultation which concluded on 25 July 2024.

The consultation for the re-submission application closes on 20 August 2024. If any Councillor wishes to make any new comments to the pavement license application, these should be made via email to Officers before the consultation closing date.
