To notify of any items that appear in the agenda in which there may be an interest that has not been recorded in the Member’s Register of Interest, and confirmation of any relevant dispensations.

9) For Information
a) To note the minutes of the Thame Conservation Area Conservation Committee’s meeting on 21 June 2024.
b) Prior Approval Notification – P24/S1588/N5D – St Andrews Court, Wellington Street – Proposal to change the use of part of the ground, and the full first and second floor to 23 apartments comprising 4 x studio, 7 x 1-bed and 12 x 2-bed flats.
The notification seeks determination from the District Council as to whether the prior approval of the authority is required related to: a) transport & highways impacts of the development b) contamination risks on the site and c) flooding risks on the site.
The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns, please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
c) Lawful Development Application – P24/S1639/LDP – 4 Gas Alley – Certificate of Lawfulness for a proposed single storey rear extension.
To note that the application seeks confirmation from the Local Planning Authority that the proposed development is lawful and therefore they are unable to take any comments on the planning merits of the proposal into account. If any Councillor has specific concerns, please be prepared to raise them at the meeting.
d) Airspace Change Proposal (ACP) – Oxford Aviation Services Limited – ACP-2023-033 – Review of Changes to Proposed Draft Design Principles.
Oxford Aviation Services Limited have reviewed the responses to the proposed draft Design Principles and are seeking responses to the changes made by 7 June 2024.
To note that Officers have submitted the following response to the Proposed Draft Design Principles consultation: “Thank you for informing Thame Town Council. We have no wish to comment on the changes to the design principles, please keep in contact with us on this matter.”
e) Amended Plans – P24/S1238/RM – Chiltern View, Moreton – Reserved matters following outline planning permission P23/S2337/O for demolition of the existing conservatory and outbuildings and the erection of a detached two- storey dwelling together with access, parking and amenity space (changes to parking layout, alterations to rear windows and additional landscaping and drainage information received 17 June 2024).
To note that having reviewed the amended plans, Officers are of the view that the plans would not change the Town Council’s recommendation to support subject to no objection from the Highways Officer made on 28 May 2024.
