Minutes of a Meeting of the Planning & Environment Committee held on 2 February 2021 at 6:30pm by Zoom Conference Call.

1 Apologies for Absence
Apologies were received from Cllrs Deacock (personal) and Jones (business).
All Members who were present were able to be seen and be heard.
2 Declarations of Interest and Dispensations
Cllrs Dite and Wyse declared an interest in planning application P21/S0156/FUL as committee members of Thame Shed. The Acting Town Clerk had granted dispensation to Cllrs Dite and Wyse to enable both to speak and vote on matters relating to Thame Shed.
3 Public Participation and Public Questions
There was no public participation.
There were no public questions put to the Committee.
4 Minutes
The Minutes of the meeting held on 12 January 2021 were approved and signed by the Chairman.

Side and rear extension (As amended by plans 2021-01-25 to reduce rear extension from three storeys to two storeys and reduce the size of the proposed dormer window to the rear).

6 Reports from Town Council Representatives
- Transport Representative – Cllr Francis reported that the proposed bus route around Cromwell Avenue / Towersey Drive, as discussed at the December Planning & Environment Committee, had successfully been test driven. However, the start date of 22 February 2021 had been postponed due to Covid-19 to late March or upon the return of the schools.
