7 Reports from Town Council Representatives

  1. Transport Representative – Cllr Stiles had nothing to report, the scheduled meeting for July had been postponed until September.

 
8 For Information

  1. SODC Gambling Policy – joint consultation.  The Policy would be available for councillors to view via the drop box.  Cllr Welply would review the Policy on behalf of the Committee and report back to the next meeting.
  2. Consultation on the Local Plan – SODC were asking for comments on what should be included in the second part of their Local Plan.  The document would be available for councillors to view via the drop box. Any comments should be brought to the next meeting on 23 July 2013.
