1 Apologies for Absence
Apologies were received from Cllr Cowell (Personal), Cllr Deacock (Personal) and Cllr Dodds (Personal).

The Minutes of the meeting held on 13 August 2019 were approved and signed by the Chairman.

6 Reports from Town Council Representatives
a) Transport Representative – Cllr Francis reported that Thame Green Living’s Footpaths group had asked whether additional bus stops could be installed between Shabbington and Tiddington on the A418 at the access road to The Red House and Home Farm which connects to a public footpath. Cllr Francis asked who to contact about this? The NPCO advised that the County Council and relevant bus companies would need to be contacted in the first instance.
