APP/Q3115/W/16/3152971

Application No. P15/S3607/FUL – Demolition of existing dwelling at Windrush and erection of pair of semi-detached dwellings and one detached dwelling (as amended to reduce the size of the dwellings and provide new vehicular access off Cotmore Gardens).
Thame Town Council’s Recommendation: Refusal

To note that the above mentioned Appeal has been made against the District Council’s decision to refuse the above planning application.

Should the Town Council wish to make any comments at this stage, or withdraw, modify or add to any earlier comments the Town Council might have made, or request a copy of the decision letter, the Town Council should write to the Planning Inspectorate by Wednesday 7 September 2016.

7. Tetsworth Neighbourhood Plan

Tetsworth Parish Council has submitted proposals to proceed with developing a Neighbourhood Plan for their Parish plus a small part of Lewknor Parish. The first stage of the process is to consult on the proposed Neighbourhood Area.

To consider if / how a response is to be formulated for submission before the consultation deadline of 19 September 2016.
