Amendment No.2
Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 1x two-storey 4-bed dwelling and a pair of two-storey 3-bed semi-detached dwelling and formation of a new access points (rear wings removed from semi-detached dwellings and repositioned further forward as shown in amended plans received 21 August 2015).
RECOMMEND REFUSAL
The proposed amendment does not address all of the original concerns on which the recommendation of refusal was made.

Comment:  The Committee would have liked more information e.g. in which room the fireplace was located.

6 Reports from Town Council Representatives
 
a) Transport Representative – Cllr Stiles reported that a meeting had taken place with representatives from local Parish Councils to discuss the response to the bus consultation.
 
The Town Clerk had received a reply to the Town Council’s submission to the consultation in which the risk to the No. 40 bus had been reduced from high to low risk.  The reply had been circulated to Councillors for their information.  Cllr Stiles would write to County Councillors Carter and Wilmshurst requesting their support.
