THAME TOWN COUNCIL

Minutes of a Meeting of the Planning and Environment Committee of Thame Town Council held on 9 May 2017 at 7.40pm In the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall.

Present: Cllrs B Austin, D Bretherton, M Deacock, D Dodds, L Emery (Deputy Mayor), H Fickling, A Midwinter, M Stiles and T Wyse (Town Mayor)

1. Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Planning & Environment Committee for the 2017-2018 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr H Fickling be appointed Chairman. There were no other nominations.

RESOLVED: That Cllr H Fickling be appointed Chairman of the Planning & Environment Committee for the 2017-2018 municipal year.

2. Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Planning & Environment Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman for the 2017-2018 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr D Bretherton be appointed Deputy Chairman. There were no other nominations.

RESOLVED: That Cllr D Bretherton be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Planning & Environment Committee for the 2017-2018 municipal year.

The meeting concluded at 7.42pm
