a) Additional Information – 46 North Street – P22/S0997/FUL – Installation of ventilation/extract ductwork on rear elevation. (Additional noise and odour information received 18th May).
To note that having reviewed the additional information, Officers consider that it would not change the Town Council’s recommendation made on 5 April 2022 of no objection plus comment.
b) Withdrawn Application – Oxfam 19 Cornmarket – P22/S1312/LB – The installation of a pathway to the rear burgage plot including a new opening into Fothergill Place and the removal of certain trees to allow rear access.
To note the application was withdrawn prior to determination on 24 May 2022.
c) Permitted Development Application – 11A Hampden Avenue – P22/S2013/PDH – Single storey rear extension with flat roof: Depth 5.13m Height 3.11m Height to eaves 2.97m.
To note that application seeks confirmation from the Local Planning Authority that the proposed development meets the prescribed criteria and no objections are received from the owner/occupier of notified properties. The case officer has advised that they are unable to take any views or comments about this notification from your council, but if any Councillor has specific concerns, please be prepared to raise them at the meeting.
d) Amended Plans – 9 Youens Drive (Amendment No.2) – P22/S0585/HH – Single storey rear and, garage conversion and porch extension. (as amended by plans received 27 May 2022 showing the garage removed from the proposal to retain space for 2 off street car parking spaces).
To note that having reviewed the amended plans, Officers consider that they would not change the Town Council’s recommendation made on 3 May 2022 to support the application subject to no objection from the County Highways Officer.
e) Special Event Order – Thame 10k Road Race on Sunday 26 June – The effect of the order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding or waiting: a) between 8.55am and 9.15am on 26 June from Oxford Road roundabout (A418) to the Lower High Street, Thame at its junction with Southern Road and, b) on the B4012 Thame Eastern By-Pass, between its junctions with the A4129 Kingsey Road and the B4445 Chinnor Road between 9:00am and 10:00am.
f) Proposed Zebra Crossing – Wellington Street, Thame – To note that at a meeting of the Delegated Decisions by Cabinet Member for Highway Management on 26 May 2022 it was agreed to approve the proposed zebra crossing.
