The items for information were noted.
It was noted that the listed building application at 19 Cornmarket had been withdrawn, however the full application was still live and being considered by the District Council, who had advised the Town Council that their Officers shared similar concerns regarding the impact on the trees. It was also noted that the Town Council had been notified of an application to convert the first and second floors at 19 Cornmarket to residential accommodation, which would be considered at the next committee meeting.
It was noted that there were no minutes from the Thame Conservation Area Advisory Committee as they had not been quorate at their meeting.
The meeting concluded at 6:47pm.
