THAME TOWN COUNCIL

Minutes of a Meeting of the Planning and Environment Committee of Thame Town Council held on 14 May 2019 at 7.30pm In the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall.

1. Apologies

Apologies received from Cllrs Dodds (Personal) and Gregory (Personal).

2. Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Planning & Environment Committee for the 2019-2020 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr H Fickling be appointed Chairman. There were no other nominations.

RESOLVED: That Cllr H Fickling be appointed Chairman of the Planning & Environment Committee for the 2019-2020 municipal year.

3. Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Planning & Environment Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman for the 2019-2020 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr A Dite be appointed Deputy Chairman. There were no other nominations.

RESOLVED: That Cllr A Dite be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Planning & Environment Committee for the 2019-2020 municipal year.

The meeting concluded at 7.31pm
