a) Lawful Development Application – P21/S2207/LDP – 57 Corbetts Way – Garage conversion.
The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns, please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
b) Extended Construction Hours in Response to Covid-19 – To note the Government issued a new written ministerial statement on 25 March 2021 extending the right for local planning authorities to approve requests to extend construction working hours temporarily to ensure safe working in line with social distancing guidelines until 9pm, Monday to Saturday, unless there are very compelling reasons against this up to 30 September 2021.

c) Pavement License Application – To note that, due to a 7-day consultation period ending 8 June 2021, the Town Council has considered the Pavement Licence Application PAV/14099/21 (The Woodworks Trading Ltd, 27 Upper High Street) via e-mail and raised concern that the pavement was not wide enough to accommodate the proposed seating and barriers.
