a) P20/S2901/N1A – Units 1 and 1a Goodson Industrial Mews – Notification for prior approval for the change of use of an office (Class B1(a)) to residences (two studio and three 1-bed flats) (Class C3).
This notification seeks determination from the District Council as to whether the prior approval of the authority is required as to:
- transport and highways impacts of the development;
- contamination risks on the site; and
- flooding risks on the site.
The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
b) P20/S1928/FUL – 4 Beech Road – Additional Plans (received 20 August 2020) – 2 bed single storey domestic residence adjoining existing garage.
To note that having reviewed the additional plans, it is the Officer’s view that it would not alter the Town Council’s recommendation to Object made on 4 August 2020.

d) Road Closure Notice – High Street and Cornmarket, Thame – 15 to 17 September 2020, 8pm-6am (night closure).
