1 Apologies for Absence
Apologies for absence were received from Cllrs Deacock (Business), Dodds (SODC) and Emery (Holiday). Cllr Cowell (no apology).

The Minutes of the meeting held on 19 May 2015 and 26 May 2015 were confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

6 Tree Management Policy
The Tree Management Policy now incorporated the Tree Risk Management Policy. The combined Policy provided transparency on how trees were managed on Council land and ensured a consistency with regard to requests received by the Council regarding tree management.
RESOLVED that:
i) The Tree Management Policy be approved.
7 Reports from Town Council Representatives
a) Transport Representative – Cllr Stiles reported the next meeting was scheduled for tomorrow and a report would be given to the Committee at the next meeting. Cllr Stiles intended to raise a question regarding the threat of cuts to bus services and subsidies as reported recently in the local newspaper.
