To note planning application P17/S4415/FUL for the proposed relocation of Thame Cattle Market is scheduled to be discussed by the District Planning Committee on 19 December 2018. Following ongoing work with the applicant over the past year, the technical matters have now been resolved and the District Planning Officer’s recommendation will be to approve the application.
To consider whether the Town Council should make representations at the District Planning Committee meeting.

a) Address change – Removal of organisation name, ‘Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses’ from 25 Windmill Road.
b) P18/S3738/HH – 15 Fanshawe Road – Amendment No. 1 – Garage conversion (with onsite parking provisions to the front of the dwelling as per parking plan supplied 30 November 2018). At the Planning & Environment Committee meeting on 27 November 2018 it was agreed there were No Objections subject to clarification of point 8 of the application form, that existing off street parking in front of the converted garage is retained.
To note that Amendment No. 1 shows the provision of two off street parking spaces. It is the Officer’s opinion that this now provides the clarification sought by the Planning & Environment Committee.
c) P18/S3377/LDP – 53 Coombe Hill Crescent – Withdrawn Application.
d) P18/S4015/LDP – 75 Corbetts Way – Conversion of loft including construction of new dormer. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.

To note Oxfordshire County Council has received an application to deposit a map and statement under section 31(6) Highways Act 1980 and deposit a statement under 15A (1) Commons Act 2006 in relation to the land described as Moorend Lane Farm, Moorend Lane.

f) Buckinghamshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan – As circulated to all Councillors on 10 December 2018, we have been notified that a consultation on proposed modifications to the Buckinghamshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan will commence on Monday 10 December 2018 and finish at 5pm on Monday 4 February 2019.
