a) Traffic Regulation Order – Rycote Lane – To note that on 24 July 2023 Oxfordshire County Council made the ‘OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (THAME AND VARIOUS PARISHES) SPEED LIMITS ORDER 2023’ which comes into force on 31 July and introduces a 40mph Speed Limit on the A329 Rycote Lane in Thame, extending south-eastwards from its roundabout junction with the A418 to a point 425 metres west of Moreton Road – replacing the existing 50mph speed limit by the same amount.
b) Lawful Development Application – P23/S2527/LDP – The Old Auction Room, Aylesbury Road – Certificate of Lawfulness for the proposed re-roofing of existing Grade II listed warehouse and toilet block.
To note that the application seeks confirmation from the Local Planning Authority that the proposed development is lawful and therefore they are unable to take any comments on the planning merits of the proposal into account. If any Councillor has specific concerns, please be prepared to raise them at the meeting.
c) Lawful Development Application – P23/S2612/LDP – Loft conversion with dormer extensions to rear, rear side and side roofslopes with rooflights to front roofslope.

d) Pavement Licence Application – PAV/22304/23 – Candelo Lounge, Thame
To note that the Town Council has been consulted on an application for a Pavement Licence at The Thatch, Thame. Due to this application having a 7-day consultation period ending 16 August 2023, the application was circulated by email and response collated accordingly.
