7. For Information
a) P18/S0720/FUL – Land to the rear of White Horse Mews – Erection of single storey dwelling. This application was considered by the Town Council at their meeting on 10 April 2018 and recommended for refusal on the grounds of access, poor design, overdevelopment and adverse impact on the Burgage plot, conservation area and the setting of adjacent listed buildings. To note the District Council has refused planning permission on the similar grounds.

c) P18/S0491/HH – Amendment No. 2 – 42 Cedar Crescent – Removal of existing garage and front & rear lean to. Construction of single storey front, rear and side extensions. At the Planning & Environment Committee meeting on 13 March 2018 the Committee recommended approval. The latest amendment shows an increase in the garage footprint. After reviewing the amendment the Officer’s opinion is that it would not alter the Town Council’s original recommendation of approval.
d) P18/S0078/FUL – Land at New Barn Farm, Kingsey Road – Alterations to existing access off Kingsey Road and provision of access way in connection with the use of land for sport and recreational purposes as approved under planning permission P17/S2445/FUL. A written submission was supplied to the SODC Planning Committee on 2 May 2018, but this Committee approved the application which is a contrary decision.
e) Buckinghamshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan – The Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer reviewed the Proposed Submission document received on 18 April 2018 and recommended no need to comment.
