Minutes of a Meeting of the Planning & Environment Committee held on 24 November 2020 at 6:30pm by Zoom Conference Call.

1 Apologies for Absence
Apologies were received from Cllr Deacock (personal).
All Members who were present were able to be seen and be heard.
Cllr Fickling welcomed Cllr Jones onto the committee and thanked her for replacing Cllr Gregory who had to step down due to constitutional changes at SODC.
2 Declarations of Interest and Dispensations
Cllr Emery declared an interest in Item 7g) P20/S4100/LDP as the applicant.
Cllr Jones declared an interest in P20/S3565/HH – 35 Park Street as she knew the applicant, and Cllr Dodds declared an interest in P20/S4199/HH – 7 Gadge Close as a neighbouring resident. Both Cllrs abstained from voting on these items.
3 Public Participation and Public Questions
There was no public participation.
There were no public questions put to the Committee.
4 Minutes
The Minutes of the meeting held on 27 October 2020 were approved and signed by the Chairman.

6 Reports from Town Council Representatives
a) Transport Representative – Cllr Francis advised that there was nothing to report other than that the Town Council had met with the County Councillor and Officers at Oxfordshire County Council to discuss Civil Parking Enforcement. Notes from the meeting had been circulated. Cllr Francis added that there will be a consultation.
