Planning application by David Einig, David Einig Contracting Ltd, Lorein, Waterperry, Oxford, OX33 1LD for planning permission for the Variation of condition 1 of planning permission P12/S1461/CM (MW.0101/12) (importation of inert material to restore the old landfill and sewage beds and extraction of small sand reserve at Moorend Lane Farm, Moorend Lane, Thame, Oxfordshire, OX9 3HW) in order to amend the permitted location of the crusher, screener, associated stockpiles and screening bund at Moorend Lane Farm, Moorend Lane, Thame, Oxfordshire, OX9 3HW.
The above application was noted. After discussion it was agreed that clarification be sought from the County Council as to whether the site was to be temporary or permanent and a request made for clear illustrations showing the site and the positioning of equipment to be supplied.
7 Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue Service Risk Based Fire Safety Re-inspection Programme
Discussion of this item was deferred to the next meeting.
8 Conservation Area Advisory Committee (CAAC)
The minutes of the meeting held on 19 February 2014 were noted.

a) Transport Representative – Cllr Stiles reported the next meeting was scheduled to take place next week. Any items councillors would like raised should be forwarded to Cllr Stiles.
