a) Lawful Development Application – P21/S1691/LDP – Garage conversion.
The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns, please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
b) Amended Plans and Decision Notice – P21/S0947/FUL – Tithe Barn, Church Road – Provision of fencing as per amended plans and supporting arboricultural information submitted 28.04.2021
To note that having reviewed the amended plans, which show the removal of the shed, it is the Officer’s view that this amendment would remove the Town Council’s objection made on 6 April 2021 relating to Insufficient information on the design of the shed, and impact on the setting of the listed building and Conservation Area.
To further note that the District Planning Authority granted planning permission on 14 May 2021.
c) Pavement License Application – To note that, due to a 7-day consultation period ending 7 May 2021, the committee has considered the Pavement Licence Application (PAV/13816/21) at The Nags Head, Thame, via e-mail. The committee raised no objections.
d) Additional Information – P21/S1242/HH – Jemmetts Cottage, 4 Oxford Road – Proposed sauna building. Proposed exercise pool building. (Amplified by email from agent dated 11 May 2021.)
To note that having reviewed the additional information, it is the Officer’s view that the applicant has addressed the concerns made in the Town Council’s response on 4 May 2021.
e) Contrary Decision – P21/S0699/HH – 6 Aylesbury Road – Loft conversion Rear extension Porch (Amended by plans changing the bedroom 2 window of the loft conversion to obscure glazing with the existing property remaining in its brick form).
To note the District Planning Authority granted listed building consent on 14 May 2021. The Town Council Objected on 16 March 2021 on the grounds of: Overlooking; Out of character in terms of its scale and design; Harm to neighbouring amenity; and Impact on the setting of the Conservation Area.
f) Withdrawn Application – P21/S1124/A – ASM Auto Recycling Ltd – Erect new free standing advertisement.
To note this application was withdrawn prior to determination on 13 May 2021.
g) Lawful Development Application – P21/S1895/LDP – Formation of habitable room in roofspace with rear dormer.
