7 For Information
The items for information were noted.
Members were pleased that P18/S3162/FUL – Milton House, Station Yard was refused planning permission and thanked Cllrs Emery and Gregory for representing the Town Council’s views at SODC’s Planning Committee.
Cllr Dite raised concern that neighbours continued to object to the application at 6 Bell Lane despite the extension being reduced in size and that the Town Council should raise this with SODC. It was noted that SODC would be taking all neighbours’ concerns into consideration when making the decision.
The meeting concluded at 6:30pm.
Signed ……………………..
