a) Amended Plans – P21/S1511/FUL – Land North of Rycote Lane – Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) for off-site highway works incorporating alterations to Rycote Lane in application P17/S4441/O. (As amended by plans received 30 August 2022).
To note that having reviewed the amended plans, Officers consider that it would not change the Town Council’s recommendation made on 25 May 2021 of No Comment.
b) Pavement Licence Application – To note that the Town Council has been consulted on a re-application for a Pavement Licence at Black Goo Café. There are no changes to the furniture or plans from their respective previous applications. The only change relates to the times – this application extends the hours to 5pm (from 4pm) on Sundays & Mondays, and to 9:30pm on Tuesdays-Saturdays. Due to this application having a 7-day consultation period ending 20 September 2022, the application was considered by email.
The committee raised no objections to the pavement licence application.
