a) P16/S2222/FUL – 48 Park Street – Conversion of existing garage into a 1 bedroom bungalow. The District Planning Officer recommended approval at the District Planning meeting on Wednesday 2 November 2016. The Town Council put forward their argument in favour of refusal. After discussion the District Planning Committee voted to approve the planning application.
b) P16/S2470/FUL – The Elms, 32 Upper High Street – The erection of an Extra Care housing development – Withdrawal of application.
c) P16/S3230/HH – Amendment No. 1 – 26 Queens Close – Two storey side extension to replace existing single storey outhouse buildings. Single storey rear extension. Dormer to rear for loft conversion. (Amended plan submitted on 21 November 2016 showing side extension set back and set down by 215mm).
d) P16/S3216/HH – Amendment No. 1 – 46 Chinnor Road – Dropped kerb outside front of property (as amplified by additional plans and supporting information submitted 14.11.2016).
