Minutes of a Meeting of the Planning & Environment Committee held on 30 May 2023 at 6:30pm in the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall.

1 Apologies for Absence
Apologies were received from Cllrs Cowell (personal), Dodds (personal), Emery (personal), Gilbert (personal), Jones (personal), and Richards (business).
2 Declarations of Interest and Dispensations
Members were reminded that a general dispensation is in place for all Councillors regarding planning applications which may impact on Town Council property, which applied to Agenda Item 6c.
3 Public Participation and Public Questions
There was no public participation.

4 Minutes
The Minutes of the Committee Meetings held on 2 May 2023 and 16 May 2023 were received.

5 Planning Applications
1714 – SWAN HOTEL, 9 UPPER HIGH STREET
Change of use from C1 (hotel) to C3 (dwellinghouse). Internal alterations and partial removal of roof to non-listed part of building to form external courtyard.
