a) Additional Information – P21/S3402/N1A – 47 Aylesbury Road – Prior approval for conversion of existing office building to dwellinghouses under Class O of Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). (Additional flood risk supporting information received 9th November 2021)
The prior approval notification listed above seeks determination from the District Council as to whether the prior approval of the authority is required related to: a) transport & highways impacts of the development b) contamination risks on the site and c) flooding risks on the site.
b) Additional Information – P21/S1511/FUL & P21/S1632/RM – Land North of Rycote Lane near Thame – Arboricultural Impact Assessment & Method Statement received 8 November 2021.
To note that the same Arboricultural Impact Assessment & Method Statement has been submitted to both planning applications at the above address. Having reviewed the additional information, Officers consider that it would not change the Town Council’s recommendations / response for either application.
c) Contrary Decision – P21/S4151/HH – 106 Wellington Street – To extend the existing (originally a ‘shared’) dropped kerb in front of my property by approximately 5.08m (5.5 kerb stones) to improve access for parking on the drive.
To note that the District Council granted planning permission on 11 November 2021. The Town Council objected to the application on 19 October 2021 on the grounds of loss of on-street parking.
