6. Statement of Community Involvement Consultation
Further to the e-mails circulated to all Councillors on 11 January 2017, and 20 January 2017, it has been established that there are some observations which require a response to the consultation. To resolve that responsibility for formulating the response will be delegated to the Neighbourhood Plan Continuity Officer, who may well call a separate meeting in line with accepted consultation response process.

a) P17/S0086/LDP – 54 Corbetts Way – Single storey rear extension. The Local Planning Authority has stated it is unable to take any comments but if any Councillor has specific concerns please be prepared to raise them in the meeting.
b) P16/S3851/HH – 14 Garden City – Demolish conservatory and garage. Propose single storey extension. At their meeting on 20 December 2016 Thame Town Council recommended refusal on the grounds of 1) unneighbourly and 2) overdevelopment. The District Planning Officer, through delegated powers, recommended approval and planning permission was granted on 12 January 2017 which is a contrary decision. The fact that this is a Householder application meant it did not go to SODC Planning Committee which needs including in SODC’s Statement of Community Involvement.
