The District Planning Authority Refused planning permission as the application failed to demonstrate the essential need for the permanent siting of the static caravan or stationing of a mobile home on the site, that the location is outside of the built-up limits of Thame.
b) P16/S0338/FUL – Contrary Decision – Units 10 to 12 Jefferson Way – The District Planning Authority Refused planning permission as the application failed to provide adequate provision for car parking and cycle storage.
c) P15/S4328/FUL – Rear of 1 and 2 Moats Crescent – To note that Planning Permission has been granted.
