Minutes of a Meeting of the Policy & Resources Committee held on 10 May 2022 at 7:06pm in the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall

1 Apologies for Absence

Apologies were received from Cllrs Champken-Woods (county council business) and Gregory (personal).

 

2 Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Policy & Resources Committee for the 2022-2023 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Dyer be appointed Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

  1. Cllr Dyer be appointed Chairman of the Policy & Resources Committee for the 2022-2023 municipal year.

 

3 Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Policy & Resources Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Policy & Resources Committee for the 2022-2023 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Dodds be appointed Deputy Chairman. There being no other nominations it was:

RESOLVED that:

  1. Cllr Dodds be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Policy & Resources Committee for the 2022-2023 municipal year.
