Minutes of a Meeting of the Policy & Resources Committee of Thame Town Council held on 14 May 2019 at 7.33pm In the Upper Chamber, Thame Town Hall.
 
Present: Cllrs B Austin, D Bretherton, N Champken-Woods, P Cowell (Deputy Mayor), M Dyer, L Emery, H Fickling, S Francis, C Jones. A Midwinter (Town Mayor) and J Tipping

1 Apologies

Apologies received from Cllr Dodds (Personal).

 
2 Appointment of Chairman

The Mayor called for nominations for the position of Chairman of the Policy and Resources Committee for the 2019-2020 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr M Dyer be appointed Chairman.   There were no other nominations.

RESOLVED: That Cllr M Dyer be appointed Chairman of the Policy and Resources Committee for the 2019-2020 municipal year.

 
3 Appointment of Deputy Chairman

The Chairman of the Policy and Resources Committee called for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairman for the 2019-2020 municipal year.

It was moved and duly seconded that Cllr Bretherton be appointed Deputy Chairman.  It was then moved and duly seconded that Cllr Emery be appointed Deputy Chairman.  On being put to the vote it was:

RESOLVED: That Cllr L Emery be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Policy and Resources Committee for the 2019-2020 municipal year.
